Hello there!
My name is Miro Myrsky and this website is for me to throw any and all my art that I want to share with the world into, and maybe write and share some process photos and updates on projects. I have been using less and less social media, and recently I wanted to make a space for myself on the Internet without putting any pressure on it. So this is it! I will be sharing some blog posts with progress pictures and descriptions on my artwork, and share more photos of the finished work too, of course.
In my free time I make art, comics and the occasional Youtube video. I have also dabbled in game-making, but as I have not had a lot of patience to learn to code games in recent years, I have not gotten to explore that any further. Maybe that will change soon!
I also know Finnish, English, Italian and some Swedish, and have studied a little bit of Finnish sign language and Spanish, with an appetite to learn more! I might have to brush up my Swedish before I do that though…
I am a recent graduate from University of Helsinki, now thrown into the world of job seeking with only some part-time jobs behind me. I studied mathematics, and have a visual arts background. In my studies I minored in physics, computer science, gender studies and Italian language, so a bit of a mixed bag of things I have found interesting.
TLDR: My name is Miro Myrsky, I am passionate about art and languages, and love creating new things! In this blog I will share my love for these and much more in pictures and writing.
